Refund Policy and Course Fee Payment

Refund Policy

  • 3.1.1. If ACC cancels the course, full amount paid will be refunded before the scheduled date of commencement of course

  • 3.1.2. Prior one month of commencement of course - 100 % of the fee will be refunded

  • 3.1.3. Within 15 to 30 days of commencement of course - 75 % of the fee will be refunded

  • 3.1.4. Within 14 days and up to 7 days of commencement of course - 50 % of the fee will be refunded

  • 3.1.5. Within 7 days and up to 3 days of commencement of course - 25 % of the fee will be refunded

  • 3.1.6. Within 72 hrs of commencement of course - No refund, the fees paid shall be forfeited.

  • 3.1.7. For course Postponment, 2.5% of the course fees should be paid during the next batch.

  • 3.1.8. For Course Cancellation, 5% of the course fees to be paid.

  • 3.1.9. Refund shall be processed in 7-10 working days.

  • 3.1.10. The Refund amount will be issued only through Online payment to the Candidate's account.

  • 3.1.11. Commencement of Course is subject to minimum 25% of the approved candidates for the course

  • 3.1.12. Advance amount paid for the course shall not be refunded. To know the Advance fee, Click here

  • 3.1.13. **All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai City only**
