Eligibility :  Holds as a minimum a Certificate of Proficiency as Rating in charge of a Navigational /Engineering Watch (OR)
Completed Sea time required for appearing for a Certificate of Competency Examination
Hold a Certificate of Proficiency for Basic Training for Liquified Gas Tanker Cargo Operations
Has at least three months of approved sea going service on liquified gas tankers within the last 60 months on liquified gas tankers or at least one month of approved onboard training on Liquified Gas Tankers in a Supervisory Capacity, which included at least 3 Loading and 3 Unloading Operations and is documented in an approved advanced training for Liquified Gas Tanker Cargo Operations.
