Eligibility1 : Marine Engineering officers / trainees who have successfully completed an approved pre-sea training course for GME / DME / ATS or B.E.(marine). Electro-Technical Ratings (ETR) with sea time not less than 6 months. Non-Indian Participants need to hold a Student Visa to India to undergo the course.
