VICT Course Description

This course provides a foundation for those new to instructional roles while offering established instructors the opportunity to explore innovative teaching methods and refresh their existing skill sets. While not intended to be a comprehensive instructor training program, it equips participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to deliver other training programs effectively.
